LOANSThe libraries contain the library collections of two private, professional organisations. Not all medical personnel, students, and interested persons are eligible to register as members. See the Library Members page for who can use the library. Click here to access the Borrower Application Form. Most monograph (book) and audiovisual material are available for loan to registered members of the Conjoint Libraries. The following types of library material are not for loan:
LOAN PROCEDURESAll registered borrowers will be required to produce their identification when borrowing items. Borrower cards are no longer issued to borrowers. No Library materials may be removed from the Library after hours. Material which cannot be collected during library opening hours may be picked up after-hours by making prior arrangements with the library staff. Items may be renewed prior to the date due by contacting the library. Reservations may be made on items currently on loan. LOAN PERIODS

OVERDUE PENALTIESThe Library Advisory Committee has endorsed the following revision to overdue penalties which will take effect from August 1, 2006:
RETURNSReturned material may be deposited through the 24 hour returns chute near the Library entrance. |
